2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, downloading, or utilizing the MoneyMingle application, you affirm and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined in your jurisdiction.
2. You possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Your use of the Services complies fully with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
4. You acknowledge that continued use of the Services constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

3. Account Creation and Maintenance

3.1 Account Registration

To engage with the MoneyMingle Services, users must establish an account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, and any activity conducted through your account will be presumed authorized by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are required to notify MoneyMingle promptly upon suspicion of unauthorized access or fraudulent usage of your account. MoneyMingle shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by negligence, including failure to secure login details.

3.3 Account Termination

MoneyMingle retains the unilateral right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms
• Engagement in fraudulent or illicit activities
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Any other activity deemed detrimental to the integrity of MoneyMingle’s Services or reputation

In the event of termination, you forfeit all access to the Services and any associated data.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Refund requests must be initiated by submitting a formal inquiry via email to our support team. Refunds will be processed exclusively through the app store used for the original transaction, in accordance with the app store’s policies. MoneyMingle reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not align with our policy criteria. Refund eligibility may be limited to specific circumstances and is determined at MoneyMingle’s sole discretion.

MoneyMingle collects user financial data—such as transactions, budgets, and financial goals—to generate personalized insights and recommendations. No personally identifiable information (e.g., names, account identifiers) is disclosed or transmitted during this process. By using the Services, you consent to the analysis of anonymized data for purposes of improving the application’s insights and recommendations.

While MoneyMingle employs state-of-the-art security measures to protect user data, we disclaim liability for any data breaches, loss, or corruption resulting from unforeseen events or malicious activity. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of critical financial data for added security.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Users are obligated to:

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MoneyMingle harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
